A 24×84 stainless steel Medevac II rigid litter supplied with flotation and rail pads. The Medevac II is a modern Stokes-type litter constructed for long life in the marine environment, standard equipment aboard all US Coast Guard helicopters and rescue boats. The Narrow Flotation Kit 103 reduces the width of a litter with installed flotation by 4 in and, when properly installed, provides positive self-righting and head-up flotation characteristics.
