A modular vest design that enables aviation and maritime personnel to configure a lightweight but heavy-duty ensemble tailored to their requirements, ranging from a simple pilot or boat crew vest with minimal fixed equipment pockets to a tactical ensemble with integrated extraction harness, high buoyancy flotation collar and MOLLE panels. Modularity allows users to replace only worn or damaged components, or add components in support of new mission requirements.
