The Osprey MOLLE Vest & Harness incorporates all the features of the 745-M with the addition of an integrated lifting harness and a stow-able rear tether attachment. It is intended for aircrew or tactical personnel who may require deployment or recovery by helicopter hoist, with the rear tether permitting mobile aircrew to restrain themselves inside the aircraft cabin.
