A lightweight, compact tool that streamlines pre/post and routine hoist cable inspections. It allows a weighted cable inspection, eliminating hand-grip winding of the cable by hoist operators, and assists with soft-wrapping and milking of hoist cables typically caused by unweighted inspection and stowage. Intended to assist in OEM-required hoist cable inspections.
