SOS Dan Buoy

SOS-6375

Patented man-overboard equipment ready for instant deployment: throw it towards the person overboard and within seconds of immersion it self-rights and inflates to stand 2.0 metres above the waterline, visible up to 1,700 metres with a fluorescent streaming ribbon, automatic SOLAS light and retro-reflective tape. Webbing loops let the person put their arms through for support until help arrives, and a large drogue reduces downwind drift. Lightweight at 4 kg, smaller than a tackle box, tested to elements of ISO 12402, and reusable with a 33 g replacement cylinder and activation cartridge.
