A rapid-response rescue platform for persons at risk of drowning, thrown fully packed from air, land or sea and always landing right side up. It supports 4–6 persons on a mesh platform, with eight patent-pending large loops around the sides supporting up to 10, so people in the water can put their arms through and wait for rescue. UML auto-inflation is fitted with an anti-inflation cap for helicopter and below-deck stowage, plus a beaded manual handle, and a large sea anchor reduces downwind drift. Designed to be carried by drone and helicopter, and suited to airport crash response.
